The ginger miso is my thing. I like the curry miso and the spicy miso too, but the ginger is really what I use most. I’m no longer a fan of extreme hot, but I love flavour, so this is perfect for anything that’s a bit bland. My daily is eating it on hard boiled eggs for a quick breakfast! What more can I say? I love it and I’d wager you will too!
